While auditing your account, I noticed that the above shipment was billed at the general tariff rate with 30% discount.

I contacted the carrier on your behalf and requested a better discount. The charge was reduced from $3,225.25 to $1,287.43. A savings of $1,937.82 was made as a result of my initiative and the invoice was adjusted and paid accordingly.
