Why should we use DTA instead of the competition?
DTA has a superb reputation and is known in the Canadian and U.S. transportation industry as a service-oriented, quality organization. That reputation is widely known among the freight carriers, our clients and our former clients. Why? Because of ……
The People
The DTA staff is incredibly dedicated, loyal and hardworking. Each client is assigned a team of three individuals that each specializes in the tasks they perform – accounting, analysis and audit/advice.
The President and Managers – overseeing Quality, Human Resources, Information Technology and Client and Carrier Service - have all employed at DTA between 18 – 32 years. The Team Leaders that oversee the day-to-day workings of the business have all been at DTA 20 years.
The Systems
Our clients want their shipping information that is accurate, fast and easily accessible. That’s why DTA invests capital in systems that are meeting and exceeding our clients’ requirements.
DTA provides shipping data via the Internet, as file transfers and on paper. We provide the details that our clients want both historically and what is being processed by the minute.
The Peace of Mind
Our clients allow us to pay their freight companies on their behalf and our reputation for paying the carriers consistently week after week is well known in the industry. If we have a question about an invoice, we demand quick response because we know the carriers need to get paid for the services provided.
Every DTA staff member signs a confidentiality agreement to ensure that all information is kept within DTA and is not divulged to anyone. Our reputation among carriers and shippers is our most valuable asset.
Testimonials
"Our decision to move freight auditing business to DTA has proven to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. Please keep up the excellent work you are doing."
